Yummy yummy... amazing fish recipe!

I randomly found this recipe one time when we were down in Florida.  We wanted to cook my parents dinner, as we were staying at their condo.  I, of course, wanted to do a fish recipe being that we were on the water.  Since I prefer a little thicker dressing over a basic light marinade, I was immediately drawn to a recipe with mayo and Parmesan cheese.  The recipe calls for Flounder, but I have now made it with Cod, Tilapia, and Catfish... and they ALL were delish!  Baking time do vary depending on the type of fish, but no matter what it has ALWAYS turned out amazing!  Tonight I made it with Tilapia and it was just as good as with any other fish.  I always have cut the recipe down when I am not making 2 lbs!  I also added parsley in the mix tonight which was good and added a little green....  Click here for the recipe!
